My Wedding Uniform

This past weekend we hit the road and headed to Sac-town for our dear friends’ wedding. We were so excited to go, especially since hubs was the best man :)
With all his best man duties, I knew I’d be on my own with LJ. That left this awesomely huge dilemma….what do you wear to an afternoon springtime wedding that still lets you run around after a toddler?
Last summer we ventured up to Montana for my cousin’s wedding. It was a beautiful wedding on her parents’ property filled with cowboy boots, stetsons, and pigs on a spit. Not to mention, I was then chasing a 1 year old.
Me and some of my cousins….yes I’m 10-15 years older than all of them

I rocked this awesome printed maxi dress with a white shrug and white wedges. It was cute, functional, and perfect for chasing the munchkin around.

This time I went for a white cardigan and yellow belt. Not too different from the first time, but enough to make me feel like I at least tried to make a different outfit.
Between the ball rolling incident, puke at the reception, and inevitable chasing of a two year old, I was really happy I went with something so easy to run in. My awesome hair and dark circles tell the story, don’t they?

Hot Summer Accessories {Old Navy}

It’s no news flash that I have a minor obsession with Old Navy. Let’s be real, I’d have an empty closet without that store. And let’s not even talk about what I would have worn when I was pregnant.
So when I got the opportunity to share some awesome Old Navy accessories with my girls, I was in! PARTY TIME!
4 mommas + 5 kiddos + amazing strawberry cupcakes + killer spring accesories = 1 CRAZY PARTY!

It was so fun to try on and mix and match all the fun accessories Old Navy sent us. I’m totally having a scarf moment, so I was in heaven.
I was diggin’ these shades, but they were seriously hideous on me :(
Score for Ashley!
Can we talk about how ridiculously adorable Trisha looks?
And in true momma style, our fourth awesome momma Gwen had to pick up her little angel from playgroup before I snap a pic of her in the awesome scarf she took home. The life of a momma…
Besides being totally cute, the Old Navy accessories were super well priced! I’m dying to run in and grab some more of their scarves cause they are simply amazing :)   Long, soft, and great colors!
Thanks Old Navy for letting us mommas have some fun!
